Pathways to Tomorrow: LCCTC Annual Career Fair

Earlier this month, the LCCTC started its day a bit differently than any other day. Today was when the annual Career Fair was coming to the CTC! The Career Fair is an event where servicemen and women, businesses, and educational representatives, and local agencies come to our school to present and captivate our students’ attention with bright ideas for their futures.

The Career Fair is an amazing opportunity for students to explore their options in life. Whether they decide to pursue higher education or obtain a job outside of high school, the Career Fair helps provide several different pathways to take upon graduation.

On a two-hour delay schedule, the students spent the first two hours of the day traveling from room to room to hear from their choice of three different presenters. They also had the opportunity to interact with several presenters in the gym.

The Career Fair is a great opportunity to connect students with knowledge about pathways they can take outside of high school. It also gives them an in-person understanding of what these pathways entail.

We can’t wait to see what the next Career Fair has in store! We hope to see you there!
