Tree-mendous Decorating Challenges!
Our annual Christmas Tree Decorating Contest lit up the cafeteria with creativity, craftsmanship, and a whole lot of holiday spirit! Our Student Council was busy at work decorating for the Holiday Dance, and our academic door decorations set the theme for some holiday spirit.
On December 21st, the trees were fluffed and ready for decorating, and each shop received a box of blue, white, and silver décor—plus an assigned theme—to get started. Invited to add personal touches, they worked their magic with hubcaps, welding sticks, electrical outlets, gingerbread men, wooden tool cutouts, computer components, and more. And in true Griswold fashion… when a shop wanted more lights, they just said the word! Be sure to scroll down to the bottom of this article to see all of the photos!

Members and friends of Student Council were busy preparing decorations for Friday’s annual Holiday Dance. This year’s theme was “Winter Wonderland,” and even the recent snowfall didn’t keep these hard-working elves from transforming the cafeteria into a magical venue.
The academic wing buzzed with activity this week with their annual door decorating contest. Though there were a few Scrooges and a handful of Grinches, three doors rose to the top of the judging:
